We’re a family-powered team led by Micka, back on the Box Kart scene with his Madagascan-inspired machine after its debut at Farley Hill. This time, he’s ready to tackle the Burghfield slope—lemur magic and all! Alan, our engineer and ex-stockcar driver, designed the kart with speed in mind, while 11-year-old Oliver heads up the pit crew (and is counting down the years until he can drive). Four-year-old Eloise is our safety supervisor, and Sarah keeps everything running smoothly with organisation and snacks. Our muscle? That comes from Micka’s Training members, giving us the push we need off the line!

Our team has a strong year on year track record of using gravity to help us accelerate. We are not afraid of falling off any small obstacle. This year we are using 4 wheels on the kart.
A bunch of Star Wars fans from Burghfield with some karting experience getting together to throw ourselves down the local hill in the name of charity. We are very much out for fun over performance.
Team comprises of four people to run the Kart and however other non-participating members we can get that are called Dave, even if its just for the day, as non-participating supporters. . As new comers to this sport our aims for this year are just to Win

Meet Kevin, the petrol-head who can make any engine purr; Adam, the DIY boat-master who builds with his hands (and a lot of duct tape); and Emily, a single mom by day, theatre technician by night, always ready to keep things running smoothly. With a large crew behind us crafting the ultimate boat-inspired box kart, we’re ready to sail past the competition—just with a bit more speed and a lot less water. Keep your eyes on us; we’re not just floating—we’re racing!
We are a father and two sons raising money for a charity close to our hearts. We are all fathers and what happened to Ollie and his family could happen to any one of us. That’s why we want to be supporting the Box kart and raising funds to fund a cure for an awful disease

We are a local bike club that do a number of charity events, we have a wide range of ages in the group and un like the stereo type bike club our club is led by a female leader.
Representing Xtrac are our superstar Apprentices from the Xtrac Academy. For over 30 years Xtrac has been developing young people into highly skilled machinists, technicians, production and manufacturing engineers in the exciting world of motor sport and automotive engineering – enabling them to build careers for life. Our team are up for the challenge of building a competitive kart, whilst focusing on having fun and raising as much money as possible for TVAA and Berkshire Youth(Xtrac 2025 charity). Everyone’s support is much appreciated!
We are a soap box team from Farnham consisting of myself, Alex driver and builder nd long time friend Peter. We are an older team hence our name Better Late Than Never. This year we doing 4 events Westbury in May, BURGHFIELD in June, Bordon in July and CookhamDean in September. This year we are raising money for our local Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.
We are a team from Burghfield entering the Burghfield Boxkart Bash 2025. Our kart has run multiple times before and started life as a Redbull Racing Kart built by the Air Cadets. We decided to recognise the heritage of the kart as well as the many forces families who live in and around our village
