Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if its raining?
You get wet! Like all outdoor cinema events we don’t cancel if its raining, so please dress appropriately. Umbrellas and Gazebos are not allowed as they block other people’s view. We will have ponchos available for sale.
Will food and drink be available?
Of course. It’s a Santa event! We will have the legendary Santa Bar plus a range of food options including Pizza & Popcorn.

Challenge 25 will be in operation. Those who look under 25 who wish to purchase or consume alcohol will be challenged for ID.

Can I bring a picnic?
Yes but please leave the BBQ at home! You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Due to licensing laws, only alcoholic drinks purchased at the event can be consumed.

Please be respectful of our hosts and take all your litter away with you.

What seating is provided?
The grass! Please bring along your own rug or camping chairs.
Can I bring the kids?
Yes. Who else would want to see Greatest Showman! Child price applies for under 14’s. Please also check the rating of both films for suitability. Bohemian Rhapsody is classified 12A parental advisory for children under 12. They must be accompanied by an adult. Due to licensing laws anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area of the venue.
What about teenagers?
It’s tough being a teenager. Adult prices apply for 14 years old and upwards but at least you don’t have to sit with your parents! Due to licensing laws anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area.
Where can I park?
Limited on-site parking is available for £5 but must be pre-booked. Please email to reserve. Note that due to the layout of the venue there is no entry after 8pm – but you wouldn’t want to miss the start of the movies – and there is no exit 4.30-6.30 – so you will have to watch all of The Greatest Showman!

There is strictly no parking on Reading Road but additional parking is available by the Vets and The Fruit Shop in Burghfield Common.

Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non–returnable and non-refundable except if the event is cancelled. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond the organisers control, your money will be refunded in full. See your ticket for the full details.
