    Frequently Asked Questions

    What happens if its raining?
You get wet! Like all outdoor cinema events we don’t cancel if it’s raining, so please dress appropriately. Umbrellas and gazebos are not allowed as they block other people’s view. We will have ponchos available for sale.
Will food and drink be available?
Of course. It’s a Santa event! We will have the legendary Santa Bar plus a range of food vendors. Challenge 25 will be in operation. Those who look under 25 who wish to purchase or consume alcohol will be challenged for ID.
    Can I bring a picnic?
Yes but please leave the BBQ at home! You can bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Due to licensing laws, only alcoholic drinks purchased at the event can be consumed.
    What seating is provided?
The grass! Please bring along your own rug or camping chairs.
    Can I bring the kids?
Yes. Please note that both films are classified PG.  Due to licensing laws anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area of the venue.
    What about teenagers?
It’s tough being a teenager. Adult prices apply for 14 years old and upwards but at least you don’t have to sit with your parents! Due to licensing laws anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the bar area.
    Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non–returnable and non-refundable except if the event is cancelled. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to extreme weather or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, your money will be refunded in full.
