Tadley Men’s Shed
Tadley Men’s Shed was started in 2019 and is located behind St’Mary’s Church in Tadley. We meet every Friday and Saturday afternoon and work on community and individual projects. These mostly involve woodworking tools and skills to build items that have been requested by Schools, Churches, Parish Council or other community organisations.
We’re have a few social events that we organise through the year and attend local fetes to promote our activities. One of our main aims is promoting the opportunity for friendships, social engagement and skill sharing in a safe and enjoyable environment, in which members can meet and carry out creative projects of their own choosing, individually, jointly and for the benefit of the wider community. We promote good health and wellbeing to our members through active participation and, from time to time, providing opportunities for relevant health organisations to raise awareness of good health strategies for the benefit of the Shed.
